The implementation of a new national standard for concentrated apple juice
The newspaper news (reporter Wang Lixia) reporter from the day before the Sanmenxia inspection and Quarantine Bureau learned that the national standards drafted by the technical committee China beverage industry association organization concentrated Apple Juice new (GB/T18963-2012) formally implemented on April 1, 2013. The formal implementation of the standard will help promote the technological progress of the fruit juice industry in China and enhance the competitiveness of the export juice of our country.
Sanmenxia is the main source of apple juice in our province. In 2012, 41056 tons of concentrated juice was exported and the value of the goods was $76 million 480 thousand. The export of single food was the largest. In view of the above changes, Sanmenxia inspection and Quarantine Bureau reminded the relevant units to pay attention to it, timely adjust the laboratory testing methods, strive to improve the safety and hygiene level of products, and ensure that products are not contaminated during filling, packaging, storage and transportation in the later stage.
